² If the total amount of donation is over 1000 yuan, a paper donation certificate can be obtained from the Foundation.
² The names of donors over 5,000 yuan are listed in the annual report of the Foundation, the communication documents sent to alumni, and various other paper/electronic materials.
² All donors'information will be included in the list of donors of West Lake University and archived.
Principle of thanks: Different recognition and thank-you mechanisms should be established for different donors.
Ways of thanking: honorary title, building title, statue, donation wall, school history record, participation activities, etc.

² Right to know: Westlake University's regular announcements on its preparation, construction, development process and the use of project funds.
² Priority: Within the scope permitted by law, high-quality resources such as teaching and scientific research in schools can be given priority, and the rights of cooperation and co-construction can be given priority.
² Written Certificate: Sign a written agreement specifying the amount of funds donated, the intention of donation and the commitment of the Foundation, issue a formal donation note, and put the list of donors on the register.

² If your donation is more than 10,000 RMB, please contact our staff (see below the website).
² Tailor-made: the amount of donation reaches a certain amount, according to the requirements of the donors, the Development Department of the foundation can adjust the relevant programs and make the way of thanks.
² Special appointment: For those who are enthusiastic about the cause of education, donate a large amount of money or are willing to help the university to raise donations, they may be appointed as honorary director or member of the fund-raising committee of the West Lake Education Foundation.
